I've had six great loves in my life hockey, combat sports, my late dog, my late husband, anime, and my Mother. With the support of my family and hard training I became a pretty good goalie and after high school an amateur boxer. I was in an industrial accident in 1996 and with a ****up in the ensuing surgeries was left disabled. So now I no longer train or play hockey I'm just a spectator. I've never lost my passion for either hockey or combat sports. They bring me as much joy today as they did when I was competing . I don't get to travel any where near as much but, I make it to an occasional fight or game. I don't miss much though with TV and the internet. They're considering building a casino nearby my home in Ma. so maybe soon I'll get a bit more live action.
